Zhengate Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zhengate, including our website, POS tools, scheduling features, partnership programs, gifting flows, and all related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using Zhengate, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Zhengate
Zhengate provides tools that help creators, practitioners, and partners offer digital products, appointments, contributions, and other experiences to their audiences. Zhengate facilitates payments, scheduling, and partner attribution, but does not act as the creator or provider of the underlying content or services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Payments and Fees
Zhengate processes payments on behalf of creators and providers. All purchases, contributions, and bookings are final unless the provider offers a refund. Providers are responsible for fulfilling services purchased through Zhengate.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Providers may use Zhengate to publish availability, manage blackout windows, and accept bookings. Zhengate is not responsible for missed appointments, cancellations, or disputes between providers and customers.
5. Calendar Integrations (Outlook/Google)
If you choose to connect your Outlook or Google calendar, Zhengate will request permission to read availability and create events on your behalf. We only access the minimum data required to:
check for conflicts
place confirmed bookings
update or cancel events
You may revoke access at any time through your Microsoft or Google account settings. Zhengate stores authentication tokens securely and does not use your calendar data for any purpose other than scheduling.
6. Partner Programs and Campaigns
Creators and providers may participate in Zhengate partnership programs, including gifting campaigns and revenue‑share opportunities. Participation is optional. Zhengate does not guarantee earnings or performance.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Zhengate, interfere with our systems, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Zhengate branding, software, and platform features are owned by Zhengate. Creators retain ownership of their own content, offerings, and materials.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Zhengate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including data accessed through calendar integrations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zhengate is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhengate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between creators, providers, and customers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zhengate after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
