We only access the minimum calendar data required to operate the scheduling features you enable. Zhengate does not read event contents, attendee lists, descriptions, or any personal calendar details beyond what is necessary to place or update appointments.

Authentication tokens provided by Microsoft or Google are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you authorize. You may revoke access at any time through your Microsoft or Google account settings, and Zhengate will immediately lose the ability to access your calendar.

Zhengate does not sell, share, or use your calendar data for marketing or analytics.
